Nervous you may ask? No, I’m just an actor not the Lion of Panjshir.  Massoud woke up most mornings wondering whether it could be his last and not really caring if it would be because he believed so firmly in his mission. Here’s to getting it right!
私が今回演じる人物は世界に多大なる貢献をした人物なので、この役を演じることを大変光栄に思っており、今回の役を演じることが自分の使命だと思っているので緊張はしていません。

Lazlo Kotaszek
was born in Hungary.After school i moved to Austria did a stage show as a dancer.That took me to Germany where i began working as a model than later i moved to Tokyo.Currently iam still doing modelling and acting.Also i having  several training such as action and acting.I also have appeared in a number of commercial and movies.
ハンガリーで生まれ、学校を卒業後舞台ダンサーとしてオーストリアに移りました。ドイツでモデルとして働き始め、その後、東京に移りました。最近でも、モデルと俳優の仕事は続けており、演劇の練習をつんでいます。また、たくさんのCMと映画にも出演しました。

Thomas Ireton
Thomas currently attends St. Mary’s International School as an eleventh grader. He enjoys singing, dancing, acting, and making movies/music videos. He hopes to continue these activities at a collegiate level. Crossroads is Thomas’ fourth play and he is excited to be part of this scintillating production.
トーマスは聖マリー国際学校の高校２年生です。歌とダンス、演劇、映画やミュージックビデオづくりをしており、これらの活動を大学でも続けていこうと考えています。クロスロードは彼にとって４回目の舞台であり、この作品をとても楽しんでいます。

David Mashiko
David studied Performance at University, then promptly did no acting work for years (professionally - apart from a featured extra role in an Australian Telemovie-see IMDB ) and a chorus part in an off-Broadway musical.  Crossroads is David’s first professional stage drama, and a return to stage after a 3-year hiatus.
デイビットは大学で演劇を学ましたが、数年間は演劇とは関連のない仕事をしていて（オーストラリアのテレビ映画の see IMDB　の役を離れていたということですが）、オフブロードウェイミュージカルのコーラスを担当していました。クロスロードはデイビットのプロとしての初舞台であり、実に３年ぶりの劇となります。

Nico Minas
Despite being in awe of the craft of his more experienced cast members, Nico doesn’t let it overwhelm him and just strives to bring the level of his game up. His right hand is equivalent to the size of a grown chicken.
他の出演者たちの経歴に畏敬の念を抱くことなく、ニコは圧倒されず、最後まで自身の演劇の質を高めようと努力しました。ちなみに彼の右手は鶏と同じ大きさぐらいあります。

Aditi Nayar

Akiko Otao
A Tokyo native and raised in the States, she is delighted to be a part of this production. The Soprano has been involved in many operas, musicals, and orchestral concerts. A winner of various voice competitions abroad and in Japan, she can be seen next as a soloist in Mozart’s Mass in C Major with the Yokohama Mokuyo Kai.
東京で生まれ、アメリカで育ち、この劇で脚光を浴びることとなりました。この劇中のソプラノはたくさんのオペラや、ミュージカル、オーケストラにも使用されています。海外と日本のたくさんのコンテストで栄光を勝ち取り、次回の横浜木曜会主催のMozart’s Mass in C Majorではソリストとして出演が期待できます。

Chris Parham
The play interested Chris as it was a chance for him to try an American accent.  You might think doing an American accent is easy – especially if your name is Hugh Laurie – but for Chris doing not only one but two accents has been a real battle. When Chris is not rendering his dipthongs and chewing his lines like toffees, he teaches, acts and directs.
クリスにとってこの劇はアメリカ英語のアクセントに挑戦する機会でした。もしかしたらアメリカ英語のアクセントは簡単と思われるかもしれませんが（もしあなたの名前がHugh Laurieであれば特に）、同じ英語でも、イギリス英語とアメリカ英語を話さなくてはいけない場合はとても困難なのです。

Antun Percic
Antun arrived in Japan via the circuitous route of Croatia, England, Denmark and Canada, performing on stage in various guises as an actor, singer, dancer and musician throughout the journey, in parts ranging from the “Rear end of a Horse” to “Hamlet”.
He tripped over Alec Harris one night in a pub in Ebisu and has been performing in his plays ever since, Crossroads Country being the fifth.
Antunはクロアチア、イギリス、デンマーク、カナダ経由で日本に到着しました。世界中を巡りながら、俳優、歌手、ダンサーとして、舞台で様々な役をこなします。代表作は”Rear end of horse”や”Hamlet”などです。ある夜恵比寿のパブでAlec Harrisに出会い、それ以来Crossroads Countryで役を演じています。

Ian Platt
Thirty years ago, I was in Afghanistan and loved it: the people, crystal clear air, its history, the bread, yoghurt, pistachios, and the tea!  I was going back, but the Russians went first. Ironical, then, my next (albeit remote) Afghanistan connection is as two Russians in its story.
30年前、私はアフガニスタンにいました。アフガニスタンを愛し、人々を、その透き通った空気を、また歴史、パン、ヨーグルト、お茶を愛しました。私がそこにもどったときは、ソヴィエト軍の一人として、でした。私はアフガニスタンを愛しましたが、侵略者でもあったのです。

Jon Reimer
Jon is an American-born, raised, and educated in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He attended Muhlenberg College where he earned degrees in Theater (Directing & Design) and Asian Studies. Jon currently serves on the board of Tokyo International Players and will be directing their next season’s spring musical, Pippin.
ジョンはアメリカで生まれ、ペンシルベニアで育ち、教育を受けました。彼はMuhlenberg大学で演劇とアジアについて学びました。

Mish’al Samman
Meesh came to Tokyo in 2004 to complete his masters in Network Engineering at Waseda University.  Shortly after arriving he decided to try theatre when joining one production for TIP, and it has expanded into performing for five productions in 2008 for several other theatre groups.  As of 2009 he has dedicated all his resources and time to his craft and to Miraj Studios.  He is greatly honored to be playing such key roles both on-stage and off-stage.
2004年に東京、早稲田大学にてネットワークエンジニアの修士号を取得。その後演劇をすることを決め、TIPに入り上演を経験、2008年には他の劇団でも５つの作品に上演を果たしました。2009年には劇、特にMiraj Studiosに全身全霊を捧げました。舞台上に限らず舞台裏でも重要な役割を果していることを大変誇りに思っています。

Ron Scott
Ron was born and raised in Canada.  Most recently, he has performed with the Tokyo International Players, for which he also serves on the board, and will be directing their December 2009 show.  He is extremely pleased to be part of this exciting production.  He would like to thank his beautiful Bride, Itsuko, for her unending love, support, and patience.  Thanks also, to you, for supporting Tokyo-area theatre.
Ronはカナダで生まれ育ちました。最近、TIPで一緒に上演し、舞台上で活躍しました。TIPが2009年12月に上演予定の劇では指揮をとります。彼は、このすばらしい作品に関われることを大変喜んでおり、彼の新妻であるイツコさんの深い愛情とサポート、忍耐にも感謝しています。また今回の劇に関わってくださった全ての方にも感謝しています。

Cyrus Sethna
While Cyrus Sethna has done everything from speaking in front of the Crown Prince to interpreting for the Governor of Tokyo, playing 10 roles in this production, a career high, may be his biggest challenge yet. Still, it’s been a real ride, and hopes you all feel the same way about the show.
彼が皇太子の前で話したり、東京都知事に通訳などをしていた時、この作品で１０個の役を演じることはすでに大変大きな挑戦でした。みなさんにはこの劇でたくさんのことを感じていただければと思います。

Patrick Smith
Patrick was born and raised in London until the age of eight when his family moved to Australia.  Patrick has already had a long career in creative arts: he plays various instruments, sings, and has performed on stage and television in Japan and Australia. Patrick lives in Tokyo and acts as special counsel to a major Japanese law firm.
Patrickは8歳でオーストラリアに引っ越すまでロンドンで過ごしました。彼は楽器の演奏や歌唱において長い経験をもち、今までに日本やオーストラリアの舞台やテレビでそれらを演じてきました。Patrickは現在東京に住み、特別顧問とし日本の一流の弁護士事務所で働いています

Anastasia Van Allen
Anastasia, an American, grew up in Japan and Spain. She’s recently returned from Los Angeles where she graduated from the prestigious American Academy of Dramatic Arts. She’s thrilled to return to the stage after a  hiatus and can also be seen regularly in the touring musical comedy show “Ja-pun”.
Anastasiaはアメリカ人で、日本とスペインで育ちました。彼女は最近、有名なAmerican Academy of Dramatic　Artsを卒業し、ロサンゼルスから帰国しました。彼女は舞台に戻ることをとても楽しみにしています。またミュージカルコメディの“Ja-pun”のツアーにおいても彼女を見ることができます。

Bob Werley
Bob Werley comes from New York…the State.  He has been involved in over 30 productions in 3 different countries.  As an actor in Tokyo he has been involved in numerous productions with TIP, New Worlds Theatre, and the Sometimes Y Theatre.  Most recently you might have caught him as Joseph Merrick in The Elephant Man or as a southern gentleman in Writer’s Block.  For comedy, make sure to check him out in Spontaneous Confusion with the Comedy Store.
